He is Fantastic isn't he..?? I love the bloke.. We are so lucky to have him as our Manager..

He has the team playing in such a way it has us all believing again. They will run through hoops for him.. The players love him, the togetherness in our squad must be the envy of most other teams..

His passion at the end of the game was there for all to see.. He knows exactly what this club is about.. I trust this fella with my beloved club

In fact If I caught him in bed with my missus, I'd tuck them both in and offer them both breakfast and a cup of coffee...

2017 is going to be a fun year fellas, enjoy the ride

Happy New Year

Hes lost 2 finals and won nothing yet.
I like a lot of what hes done but trophies matter.

He's made some mistakes but also done some excellent things. I love his positivity, his willingness to listen to other members of his staff, his anti-Mourinho determination to try to improve players rather than supermarket shop a new team, his anti-Wenger outlook that suggests he enjoys football rather than endures it, and his general air of decency. If he was manager of another club I'd envy them, and that's a good test.

But, like the team, he needs to win something to push this project on, which is why I'm so uppitty about us exploiting the chance to get the League Cup - winning breeds winning and we really, really, need to get that mentality ingrained into some of the nervy and frail-brained players we've got.

I like him as a person, he just seems like a sound bloke regardless of which club he is at and where his allegiances may actually be.

I don't think id like him any less if he were at any other club to be honest. That aspect of him helps alot during a period when there's no silverware being delivered.

He also, obviously seems to offer alot on the footballing front, transforming a side and giving players a new lease of life. The future is looking pretty bright at the moment, hopefully we can make hay / win some some shit whilst The Lying Rag shines/ before he retires or whatever

I just want us to win something this year. The two finals losses last year were hard to take.

Well, of course we all want to win something fans, manager , players even the owners probably. We were fucking lucky the stars aligned and we got him because who is out there any better suited to us?

Klopp was definitely the right man for the job.

It was tough having to endure two losses in finals last season BUT has anyone stopped to think how hard it must have been for Klopp to get that squad that far in only a matter of months? To me those results don't make a single scrap of difference to the fact that he, and we under him, have made a tremendous start. And we're going to get better still.

At this stage I'm so disenchanted with the business of football, with all of its obscene billion pound TV deals, over-paid and over-hyped 'stars' and games, stupid commercially-exploitative second, third and fourth-choice kits, self-admiringly 'intense' Guardiola-type eat-and-sleep tacticians, and egomaniacal Mourinho-style 'characters,' that Klopp just about keeps me going. He appeals even more than Shanks because he doesn't actually seem to think that football is all there is in the world, and yet he seems determined to make it as fun as it can be. Whatever happens in these next couple of years, or, I hope, longer, that's something to cherish.

Klopp - so many great characteristics to discuss. Yes I know he has won fuck all - but the fact that he got us to two cup finals in his first year means a lot given that he was also in the process of changing the philosophy of the teams play. But most of all he has made Liverpool entertaining - I don't feel so bad when we lose (unless of course it is incompetence by the players) - because most games I know that the team have tried something. He is just right for this club.

He's the first manager in a while I have total faith in.

He needs to learn to win finals though.

Of if not start winning the league

I think the fact he's got his respective teams to finals against the odds a few times is an achievement in itself.

He's able to get there with someone else's players lads after 5 months. Mouriniho and pep need their own players and several windows...

What I particularly like about him is the amount of professionalism he has brought to the way the entire club is run from top to bottom. It's completely down to Klopp with the full encouragement of the owners (to their eternal credit) I'll explain a little - I have a friend that runs corporate events and has close links to the club. He's been running events at different clubs around the country for years now. Hospitality type stuff. He's the one that gave me the signed LFC football that I gave to @tombrown. Anyhoo he told me that under Rafa and Rodgers the corporate running of the club was an embarrassment - Cheap, tacky rooms. Sub standard food. Grumpy staff etc. Just an overall air of shoddyness behind the scenes. The organisation from the club was a fucking shambles and he dreaded doing events at Anfield as opposed to say the Emirates or Stamford Bridge. He was convinced that that level of slackness and unprofessionalism was filtered through the entire club. He's not a football fan so felt no need to pull his punches.

Anyway over X-Mas he told me how things have 100% improved. With the new stand and stuff. He said in the last 18 months the change has been remarkable. From top to bottom the staff and general level of standard behind the scenes is amazing. His exact words were "If I was to give LFC and Anfield an OFSTED report regarding the overall professionalism with what I come into contact with there it would be outstanding" - He told me he knows it's all down to Klopp. He has changed everything. Now it's got a more bestoke rather than 'off the peg' feel about it. He reckons it's now his favourite place to visit and hold events. Good to hear I thought.

Then I remembered reading this

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/football...-diet-plan-that-has-fuelled-their-rise-to-th/

Basically it's a small article about how the food and diet has changed at Anfield and Melwood. I asked my mate if he knew about this. He said he was completely blown away by what's happened. A complete overhaul of the entire backroom structure has quietly been taking place over the last 18 months. All Klopp.

Then I read this and just made me feel - Fuck me this guy is steering the good ship LFC into very happy waters and I love it.

https://www.joe.co.uk/sport/jurgen-...ophy-in-rousing-christmas-party-speech/104990

He told us "We are Liverpool"; we have values and we want to go forward," Origi revealed.
Origi is referencing a speech the Liverpool boss gave at their Christmas party.
It is clear that Klopp wants to encourage a sense of belonging within the club where the players are part of one big family.

"Outside of football, he recognises the human part of life and he said if we are stronger as a group, it will help us achieve our goals. Nobody is left on the outside, everybody is part of the family," Origi states.
The Belgian forward further explains how the staff know each other on a personal level also, which can only help contribute to the bond that Klopp wants to help foster within his playing squad.
"All the workers at Melwood, all the players, we all know each other. We all know who does what. The wives and girlfriends are included, so are the kids. It makes us stronger. You can see in the group. We are strong together."
As we enter the new year and the Premier League title race goes up another gear, Klopp's philosophy could yet prove to be the difference.

🙂
