Klavenmania

I wonder how bitter Lovren is that he didn't leave it. Although I think the defender had a chance of clearing it so was the right thing to do. Anyone think Klavan might be ahead of Lovren to start with VVD if/when Matip is injured?

Yep, I doubt Lovren cares either. If he does, then he's a cunt.
100% the right call.

. He's ordinary on the pitch and obvs shit in bed. Klavan, albeit potentially short-term, is playing well better and probably delivers a much greater hammer blow in the fadge department.
There's little doubt about that. He has a bit of a lumberjack look about him too. Lovren should lock up his wife.

I've heard Coutinho only wants to leave as he is in Klavens Shadow..

Shadow of his monster cock that is..

Has he officially become a cult hero now like Biscan, Kolo, et al? Seems as though reference to a giant penis is prerequisite for this and we've now hit that mark.

The only goal I've ever wished a player left was Dirk's against the scum at the Annie Road end after Suarez's ridiculous twisty turns run. That would have to have had to go down as one off the greatest goals ever scored, and no one was clearing that.

Obviously well overdue a really shit game, hopefully not against City.

Still for what we paid he's been superb.

Interesting that Klopp said the biggest thing he has to work on with him is convincing him how good he actually is.

While I know what you mean, I'm far from sure that was going in without Deadly's finishing touch.

It's deffo going in. It's on the line curling inwards with no defender anywhere near it. I get that Dirk didn't know there was no one behind him who could clear it, but still would have enjoyed that going down as a Suarez goal.

Yeah, fair dos - looking at it (and enjoying it) again, it would have crossed the line.

I'll bet that goal was not unadjacent to Ferguson's thinking when he kickstarted the witchhunt over the Evra incident.
