Although Rummenigge confirmed that Bayern intends to activate the €20m buy-out clause after his two-year loan spell (“The option is valid until April 30 and we expect to keep the player"), both Chelsea and City are making moves on this player.

Though he's barely played this year, he was really good last year under Pep ... It would be like having another player of Mane's ability ...

Granted, we have no chance at signing him but this the kind of player we need to be signing.

He'll get as much playing time as he's seeing now at Bayern if he moves to City or Chelsea.
If we get CL football you never know... Quality player although still very inconsistent, but that is maybe to be expected given his age. Would bring some much needed pace.
 
Coman the Kingslayer would indeed be an above the fold signing.
