Who know's the full story - It's still a pussy thing to do. I once saw someone fuck up a 'front in' park at a supermarket and smash into the next car in full view of a bunch of people. He then sped off but not before someone clocked his number plate. I don't know if he got collared. This dickhead will get everything he deserves. Someone will know the guy for sure.
