One of the sharpest and wittiest men in Parliament makes his return to the shadow cabinet.
I realise that there will be many on here that will despise Clarke just for the side of the house he comes from, but politics just got more interesting, the dueling between him and his opposite number , Mandy, should be a sight to behold, I bet Mandy is not looking forward to it.
I am not sure what side of the divide I am on these days, as in some ways Labour is as Conservative as the Tories and the Tories are as socialist as labour.
What I do suspect is that the Tories have just brought themselves in another big chunk of opinion poll positives.
