Jimmy Greaves passes away

I'm one of the 1% then! Terrific player, if you beat a team with him in it then you always felt you'd got a great result. The 1964 champions beat Tottenham home and away over the Easter weekend and those two results put us well on the way to clinching the title.

Never saw him but he was my father's favorite player. To be honest I'd thought he died a few years ago. His record is incredible though, 357 top division goals, that may never be beaten.

And Fowler constantly being referred to as the most natural finisher since Greaves, which in hindsight was those sky cunts just laying the groundwork to troll us as they panned over to him on the bench moments after Heskey squandered a chance.
