Pacheco has to learn to be effective from the wider positions or else he will struggle to get minutes for the first team. He seems a talented player to me, but he'll have to prove himself useful to the manager.
Useful - Downing, Cole....

Thats my biggest issue with him, where should he play or what is his best position.

aah...the guvna.

Why are we considering buying him back? I mean all things considered he was pretty meh when he was here. Didn't stand out like Suso, Sterling etc.

I very much doubt it was down to Ince Senior. Despite the way he left, he's always been very respectful of LFC since then and it was he who made sure his son came to us in the first place.

Yeah but I believe he wanted the best for his son. Kenny wasn't exactly giving our younger midfielders a chance.

"A lot of players would be scared about leaving a club like Liverpool," he says. "It would have been very easy to stay but I just couldn't get away from the thought that I was 19 and wanted to get out and play regular football. I didn't want to get to 21 and still be playing reserve-team football. I was impatient to be playing and Ian Holloway was on the phone telling me I could be an important part of his team."
- Tom Ince

I would say he did stand out like Sterling and Suso, probably more in some respects, the difference is those two were given a break, and to be honest Suso and Sterling to a lesser extent still have a bit to do to prove themselves.

I don't know why some people find it so hard to admit the club messed up over Ince. The answer to a questionable attitude isn't to ship the player out. If you've got a talented young player you work on their faults, whether that's a bad attitude, lack of game intelligence, poor technique, whatever. It's just business.

What ever happened to that German kid we had - left sided, could play at LB or further forward - ripped England a new arsehole at youth level - we moved him on, surprisingly at the time, to Fulham - then nothing?

You talking kackalanic (sp)? Or someone else's?

I think he means Buchtmann. IIRC he's back in Germany, not really doing much. Might be at Cologne.
I thought it might be him, but i couldn't remember his name. The fuham thing made me just throw out kakakakakakakaklanic

Who can spell the Greek's name?

I'll give it a go...

Kyrgiakos.

Some people have a problem spelling Sterling on this site, though, so I don't hold too much hope.
