Hi there. I have a general question. I am considering purchasing a roof top car rack from Bragan (first if that is a known company and their products are crap tell me now).
Even with the cost of shipping to America, the item I am interested in purchasing is still around $100 cheaper than an OEM roof rack. Yakima and Thule don't have options for my vehicle just yet.
They company is refusing to remove the VAT from the item despite the fact that they are not required to pay it? Is it legal for them to charge me a tax and then simply keep the money themselves? Seems like fraud...
