What a mental 60 hours odd that was.
Cream @ Amnesia on Thursday night. Absolutely banging night, Van Dyk on the decks. Straight to some little backstreet cafe bar at 7am afterwards for a surreal 8 hours of buzzing tits off.
Then Pacha on Friday night. Pete Tong on the decks and frankly not as impressive. But that was as much to do with the crowd there. Too many poseurs and boozers, mind you considering I'd had no sleep since Weds night I was probably a bit cranky myself!!
Lessons learned:
1. Don't go to the West End - obvious its full of idiots.
2. Pacha is for the beautiful, Amnesia is for the down and dirty hardcore!!
3. Take out a second mortgage before going - £15 a drink.... >🙁
4. If you want good pills, find the Scousers - that was the advice given to me!!
Need to go again. But this time will find the funky house crowd and go back for more trance!
