The interviewer is Stuart Jarrold, a Norwich-based hack who used to be the long-serving sports reporter for ITV Anglia until they booted out most of their team to cut costs. It's always been rumoured that he was one of the people whom Steve Coogan studied when he was working on his Alan Partridge character. Stuart now does freelance work for Sky when they can't get anyone else, no doubt whilst basing himself at Linton Travel Tavern.

Don't know how it originally happened, but it's certainly not recent. Ever since I can remember he's needed a satnav to blow his nose.
