A little predictions game.

League goals, will the player score more or less than the number beside their name ? And why ?

RVP - 26

Suarez - 23

Bale - 21

Benteke - 19

Michu - 18

Lukaku - 17

Demba Ba - 15

Torres - 8

Rooney - 12

Podolski - 11

Defoe - 11

Hazard - 9

Aspas - 10

RVP - 26 less, new tactics different supply

Suarez - 23 less, as he won't be here

Bale - 21, less, he was playing for a move and if he moves hell have less of an impact as he'll be surrounded by better players, and if he stays I think he'll be slightly jaded

Benteke - 19, less, again, playing for a move. Of he gets it I think he'll coast

Michu - 18, less, but not by much. He has that Lampard ability to drift in unnoticed. Great first season, but will face the typical difficult second one.

Lukaku - 17, less, as he won't get the most chances at Chelsea

Demba Ba - 15, less, because he looks a bit shit since his move to Chelsea

Torres - 8, more, he seemed to hit a patch of form and I think he wants to go the world cup

Rooney - 12, difficult, as he averages around this number. I'll say less if he stays at United, more if he moves

Podolski - 11. More. He's got to start improving

Defoe - 11. Depends on the size of his purple patch

Hazard - 9, more, the lads going to become bosser this season

Aspas - 10, more. I think he's either a starter or our first sub, so he'll have time to make good impact. He's direct and strong.

Luis Alberto - 5 less, he'll be playing deep and I dont think he'll burst forwards much.

Sturridge - 11, injury free, comfortably more. He's a natural finisher

Sterling - 5. More. He'll play a good chunk, be fit, and the expectation is off a bit more.

Downing - 3, less as he's ridiculously unselfish

Gerrard - 9, less, another year older and his powers will wane. but I've been saying that for years.

Lucas - 1, less. Because he's shit past the half way line

Sturridge - 11 - More. He'll get plenty of games.

Sterling - 5 - Less. I don't think he'll be used as much, and rightly so.

Downing - 3 - Less. Cos he's shit.

Gerrard - 9 - More. I think he'll improve over his first half of last season.

Lucas - 1 - Less. Ha, because he's Lucas.

Suarez - 23 - less, if he stay he won't be as arsed and if he goes he will be forced to be less selfish

Bale - 21 - less, will have a dip this season due to increased focus on him

Benteke - 19 - less, second season syndrome

Michu - 18 - see above

Lukaku - 17 - less as won't playas much at Chelsea.

Demba Ba - 15 - less won't play as much

Torres - 8 - more, will get more game time

Rooney - 12 - more if he moves, less if he stays

Podolski - 11 - more

Defoe - 11 - more as I think he will play more

Hazard - 9 - more, less injuries

Aspas - 10 - less, won't play that many games

Luis Alberto - 5 - more, mostly in second half of season

Sturridge - 11 - more, ful season under his belt, regular starter

Sterling - 5 - less, in and out this season

Downing - 3 - same, not guaranteed as many starts

Gerrard - 9 - more, will start the season better

Lucas - 1 - more, just because

Demba Ba - 15 - less, will be sold in Jan

Torres - 8 - same. best piece of transfer business ever.

Rooney - 12- if he stays at manure, same. if he goes to chelsea/arsenal, 20+

Podolski - 11 - same.

Defoe - 11 - if he's Spurs' only striker, more. if they sign Benteke, less.

Hazard - 9 - same.

Aspas - 10 - same.

Luis Alberto - 5 - don't know where he'll play, so pass.

Sturridge - 11- if he stays healthy, more.

Sterling - 5 - same.

Downing - 3 - less.

Gerrard - 9 - same (8 will be penos!)

Lucas - 1 less.

Podolski - 11 - More. Good player that will be more comfortable in his second season

Defoe - 11 - More, but not much more as he'll be a squad player

Hazard - 9 - More. He'll be better in his second season.

Aspas - 10 - Hopefully more.

Luis Alberto - 5 Hopefully more

Sturridge - 11 - More if he remains relatively injury free.

Sterling - 5 - More. I think he will be pushing to be first choice this season.

Downing - 3 - More. He'll be fighting to stay at the club

Gerrard - 9 - More. He'll be in form for the whole season hopefully

Are those figures meant to be last season's league totals? I presumed they were but some of them look clearly wrong - Sterling only got 2, didn't he, not 5? Think some others might be 'wrong' as well.

Some of them are, some if them aren't.
 
RVP - 26 Less, don't think their method of counter attacking with numbers forward will be anywhere near as impressive this season. Rooney going, their best creator of chances.

Suarez - 23 Less, if he stays in PL he misses 6 games at the start, will probably miss another 10 at the end for performing a sacrificial ritual in the centre circle

Bale - 21 If Spurs sign a striker who can score goals, I think they'll rely less on him. Could be well off the mark though

Benteke - 19 More, if he goes to Spurs he'll score lots i reckon

Michu - 18 About the same

Lukaku - 17 Depends on how many games he starts. If he's first choice, much more

Demba Ba - 15 Less, doubt he'll start too much

Torres - 8 Less, can't see him playing much

Rooney - 12 If he goes Chelsea, more

Podolski - 11 Similar

Defoe - 11 Less, can't see him playing much

Hazard - 9 Similar

Aspas - 10 More, our new 20 goal a season guy

Luis Alberto - 5 Similar, don't see him starting many games

Sturridge - 11 More, 20 goals min

Sterling - 5 Depends how much he plays, should improve on last season

Downing - 3 Less, if he plays

Gerrard - 9 Similar

Lucas - 1 More, he's due a league goal right?
