It's just so beautifully typical of the madhouse that is football, that a few weeks after rejecting 15m from Everton, they sack him, and also blame Everton
But they've been in free fall since he wasn't allowed to move, so he deserves it.
Sheik...people love shit.I don't get why Silva was so sought after. He's shit.
This :Oh yeah, what happened at half one?
This :
Latest reports suggest that Liverpool are ready to offer Serie A giants Inter Milan striker Daniel Sturridge, but the Merseyside club are asking for a huge something in return.
According to Indykaila sources close to Anfield, Reds boss Jurgen Klopp will allow the 28-year-old England international to go to the San Siro; if Liverpool can have Argentine frontman Mauro Icardi as part of the deal.
Plus 60MAh, that reminds me, @Woland, do you fancy swapping that new Tesla of yours for my 2007 Citroen Grand Picasso?

Ricarlison has been been utterly shite since the weather got cold.
Very interesting e-mail from a Portuguese acquaintance just now. He's a Sporting fan and reckons the only surprise about what's happened at Watford is that Silva lasted this long there after the Everton move fell through. Apparently the scuttlebutt in Lisbon is that Silva and his agent ALLEGEDLY have a cunning plan whereby, when Silva goes to a new club, he buys as many players as he can persuade the board to pay for, and a fair few of those players tend to be handled by his agent, who's in clover as a result and passes Silva a kickback or twenty from it all. Maybe this accounts for the way Silva's lost all interest since he didn't get his move.

He's done a great job everywhere he has been and Watford were flying high when they were in for him.
That's what now, nine managers sacked?
Surely a record for one season in the top flight.
11 in one season is the PL record.

Hull were relegated. I don't care what fucking metrics you look at, getting RELEGATED can, in no way, be described as having "done a great job"
Ha, he took over a complete adrift Hull side in Jan and they won a lot of points including beating us.
Not to mention winning the 2nd league of their league cup tie against Utd.
They also won their 3rd round tie in the fa cup.
For a team with barely 11 senior players and an a crazy own with alienated fans he did amazingly well to get them as close to safety as he did.
He was manager for 18 league games.
They had 13pts from 20 league games when he took over and sat bottom of the table 3 points adrift of 19th.
They won 6 and drew 3 of their remaining 18 fixtures for 21pts.
If he was in charge for the season with that points rate they would have finished 12th on 45 points.
He did a fantastic job and was so surprise when Watford snapped him up.
