Alright, I've had a few ales and a cheeky smoke and I'm too fucked to think about this.
I went through a speed check thing today, and it registered my speed as 92kmh but on my speedo i was doing exactly 100kmh.
Now does this mean:
My actual speed is always 8kmh below what my speedo says
or
My actual speed is always 8% below what my speedo says
?
