Help for ticket this weekend?

Hi all,

I've been lurking around the forums for awhile now (I actually migrated with you guys from koptalk), and enjoyed reading more than posting. I hope this is the correct forum for this thread (Don't ban me if its wrong)

I finally got a chance to go to the UK and does anyone think its possible, or perhaps able to spot me a ticket to the Liverpool Villa match this weekend?

A mate of mine has 2 tickets (£50 each) but wants to sell them both i.e. not one at a time. He texted me the following.....Corner post between main stand and Anfield Road end Turnstile S T. Main stand Row 5
 
@Pesam I'm going alone unfortunately, possible if he splits it?

8 years worth! I didn't know it was so long already. It used to be I didn't even needed to log in but the max page thing was sorta getting in my way
 
Yep it would be great if someone here can take up the other ticket. I'm pretty stoked to be able to get a chance to see watch a match an Anfield.

I don't want to take my chance with the touts outside the ground
 
Oh man - I was thinking of heading up but can't now. Someone will sort you out I'm sure.

Apparently they have a list of trusted sellers.
 
Hi DCH!

There's an ex-poster on here called Spaghetti Legs who I keep in touch with on Askfm. He says he might be able to take the other ticket but first I had to ask you three questions on his behalf

1. Are you Irish?
2. Are you black?
3. Are you a black Irishman?

I said the third question was probably superfluous really but he just started making these really weird threats. Really quite odd tbh.

I am Singaporean, and so not black and not Irish. Red through and through though. Do I qualify?

If they were my tickets DCH I'd split 'em but it's a mate in Liverpool so I'm not even in possession of the tickets. Hopefully someone else on here might take the other one but I'd need to arrange for the 2 tickets to be picked up and paid for together. He said he's able to meet in the city centre to hand them over.
 
There is a late availability sale at 11am for the Villa game if that is an option.

@Pesam I will PM Peter to see if spag would take the other ticket. This "@" function is new to me. Does it like notify people or is it a hashtag thing? @mariotoscoreahattrick

If I lived nearer I'd take you up on that offer, unfortunately I can't. How long are you in Liverpool for anyway? Should see if you can get a ticket to the champions league game also if you're here long enough.
 
Mystic, I would have loved to attend the CL games but I'm leaving on Tuesday unfortunately.

Well I can go to one next season 😉

Peter was joking about spag wanting tickets mate. Not sure if you knew that and/or I'm being whoosed.

Hopefully you'll find someone to go with you. You could always front the cash for the tickets with pesam and find someone looking for a ticket on that trusted twitter account I posted. You would meet them at the game, exchange ticket/membership card for cash and job done. Since the tickets are together you can get the members card back from them once ye enter the ground and then safely return them to pesam.

Just a possible option if you get no taker here.
 
oh~ wasn't sure I was being whoosed there.. If you told me the "moderator" was looking for the tix I definitely would catch on
