There are many things I love about living in Australia and actually very little I dislike.
The one thing I fucking can't stand is the hay fever.
In the UK I never really suffered - wasn't a thing - and even the first 6 or 8 years here - not a thing - heat & mozzies were much more of an issue.
A few years back I started to get it bad - nose blocked & constantly running, sneezing constantly and wanting to scrape my eyes out with a cheese grater because they're so itchy.
I thought I was getting the flu last week - out of nowhere - and then as my eyes and nose started to itch.... ah fuck.... it's bloody hay fever.
I'm on pills, nasal spray and have tried eye drops in the past l.
It's fucking horrendous.
I can't even smell the beautiful aromas of my wine.
