Lads, i'm struggling today!
Its safe to say a season of avoiding booze due to rowing commitments has ruined my tolerance so the combo of only 5 pints of cider and a few glasses of red during the T20 yesterday (it didnt help that it finished early meaning I had to down one of them) has given me a horrendous hangover.
I've tried all of my usual tricks to no avail (my usual work based tricks, if I were at home i'd be taking a different sofa based approach):
Chocolate Croisant & Choc Milkshake combo for breakfast
Lucozade (fizzy, not sport)
Hobnob Flapjacks
Coffee
This has all had no effect. I feel terrible!
I've just had a fishfinger wrap for lunch (sounded like a great idea at the time) so that might help.
Any tips for getting rid of pesky hangovers at work would be much appreciated!
