1-0 down to southampton in cup ... fail to get anything
0-0 to southmapton at home .... manage to lose in last min,
0-0 home to swansea.... manage to lose 2-3

But I'm not sure what you're saying? He isn't an inspirational, motivating manager? He seems to be, given the right audience. Or is it about not making tactical and personnel changes?

bah, the first half a dozen all came during a decent Run , we were looking good till Christmas , then you've thrown some cup games with weak /youth teams

I also think its lofty to expect a manager to be able yo turn round EVERY result at half time or even any point of a match
