Over the last 12 months or so Liverpool have had much more success with set pieces. These days we get interested when awarded a corner, whereas it used to be just a formality with no end-product. Alexander Arnold's ability with spot kicks has played a major part, and now we have Shaqiri as well.
Mainly down to VVD in my opinion, he either gets on the end of it or occupies their best defenders allowing others to get space.
