Cunt. He obviously missed Nani's antics throughout the entire match.

Sir Alex Ferguson has accused Fernando Torres of trying to get John O'Shea sent off during Manchester United's 3-2 win over Liverpool.

United appeared to be heading towards a comfortable victory at Old Trafford when Dimitar Berbatov scored his second goal just before the hour mark, but Liverpool hit back to draw level.

Steven Gerrard scored from the penalty spot after Jonny Evans brought down Torres, who was then fouled by O'Shea for the free-kick which allowed Liverpool to equalise.

O'Shea was booked for the incident on the edge of the penalty area, but Ferguson believes Torres was trying to convince referee Howard Webb to show a red card to the United full-back.

"Liverpool didn't offer anything really, did they?" said the United manager.

"They depended on two decisions from the referee and linesman to get them back in the game - a penalty kick and a free-kick.

"I've watched the free-kick since and Torres definitely made a meal of it [John O'Shea's challenge]. There's absolutely no doubt. He tried to get our player sent off."

Vidic praise

Ferguson praised the performance of new captain Nemanja Vidic, who has regularly been given a torrid time by Torres in past meetings between the two arch-rivals.

"It's what we expected from Nemanja," added Ferguson. "When he's fit, as he was today, he can play against anyone. He's so strong."

Though United conceded twice, and threw away a two-goal lead for the third time this season, Ferguson felt the defensive performance was much better than in recent weeks.

He continued: "I spoke last week about our concentration, but today that was spot on, our concentration was excellent. The two goals we conceded were not caused by bad defending but bad decisions.

"I suppose you could say that's football. And it added to the drama, the way in which we got the winning goal."

It would have been a red card everywhere else but at OT.

I hate Slur with a passion.

Much the same like Wenger who never sees anything but always has something to say about the opposition.

I was hoping Konchesky tramps Nani in the face!

By the last count that's the 6,751,432nd piece of evidence that the man is an unspeakably classless prick, but we knew that anyway.

Incidentally, just when is the Premier League going to bust his squeaky ass over his STILL continuing refusal to talk to the BBC?

Lawrenson was equally galling on motd last night, creaming about united and nani and insisting it wasn't a sending off. He did say though that we're under no pressure to do anything atm until investment is sorted ???

I've scraped more impressive forms of life off the bottom of my shoe than that bloated lovechild of Sam Allardyce and a rat.

And to think we had a whole thread about his posionous utterances the day before the game.... he is a fucking snake, and clearly not watching the same game. Cricket score??

get fucked.

I don't think I have ever seen a game with one player performing so many dives, pretend injuries ETC as I did yesterday with Nani.

That part of the game has to be fixed, the screaming out when someone touches his arm and then the fucking ref stopping the game drove me mad, he was worse than Drogba.

I loved it when Gerrard was fouled with quite a nasty kick on his leg and he got straight up and walked iff, even the commentator commented on that.

Diving is one thing when you are clipped or someone leaves a leg out, all players do that but the screaming out when not injured just fucks me off. I know some of ours do it, Jova did it in Uefa cup the other day when he was fine, dick head.

Fergie can fuck off, Torres is nowhere near as bad as Nani

Nani is a cheating despisable cunt.

He went down yesterday, rolled around like a pig in mud, changing which part of his body which 'hurt' before settling on one. It took him at least ten seconds of frantic hand movement to decide. It was like he was playing head-shoulders-knee's-and toes.

If anyone deserved a leg-break, it's him.

Yeah Nani is a fucking disgrace.

Weren't some laws against simulation passed recently? Would love to see the fucker punished.

funny he mentions torres cheating when he clearly got hacked.. whereas nani the cheating cunt dives asif he is in the portugese olympic diving team

It's not funny; he's being a cunt, as usual.

Let the media and the rest of the world lap up his rancid wankstains, we don't have to.

The penalty was as clear a pen as you get.

The foul on the edge of the box was too. However, Torres would not have got the ball so the yellow card was right.

When Nani fell for the 8,000,000th time after being check by Poulsen, the referee said no foul and we attacked away down the right. The ref then stopped play and allowed a contested drop ball! What the fuck was that about?

It wouldn't have changed the result, but as usual Ferguson has got some fucking gall to accuse us of conning the ref.

1. Konchesky put his hand on Nani's shoulder and he went down like he'd been polaxed in the face.
2. Vidic's threatical swan dive in the box was laughable and worthy of a booking for stupidity.

Nani was a cheating cunt throughout. Still Fergie has the last laugh, because they won.

I detest Ferguson, he has no class.

I was in Prague for the last few days and was having lunch yesterday - the only reading material I could find was a copy of Saturday's Daily Mail. They did a 2 page build up to the game and were examining Fergiscum's hatred of LFC.

Interestingly, Fergiscum was at the 1977 semi-final of the European Cup when we beat St. Etienne 3-1 in what was one of the greateset nights ever at Anfield. He was the manager of St. Mirren at the time and they quoted his programme notes from the following Saturday "I didn't walk away from Anfield after the game, I floated out. I had been caught up in the most exciting football atmosphere I have ever experienced". He then asked Liverpool to play St. Mirren to celebrate their centenary, we complied.

He did not. He blew a free kick to them. Must have been the linesman or something?

I reckon we should win the league before we let him have it. He's been having the last laugh for a good 20 years now.

I respect that view but I do not share it. One of the ways in which he's established such a mental stranglehold on opponents and authorities alike is by flapping his gums whenever he feels like it and not getting called out for it. IMO we have to fight back, perhaps especially while we're underdogs - that's the exact time not to go quiet and behave like wallflowers. Improvement on the field is priority one, but not the only struggle we have to keep fighting.

Hmm, I'd agree that opposition managers need to stand up to his bullshit. As a fan, however, I'd rather keep shut up than complain about his antics to a Scum fan because I know who'd have the last laugh.

Jexy: I don't think that stuff from Rafa made a scrap of difference to us, and the players queued up to confirm as much as the season went on. More generally it changed the disciplinary climate around Ginsoak, who began to be more harshly treated by the media and even by the authorities than he had been before. As for Roy, his media savvy in general doesn't impress me so, reluctantly, I'd have to agree he probably will (and should) keep well out of a barney with the old scrote.

dmishra: I'd agree to the extent that I wouldn't start with the verbals to a ManUre fan either. If THEY start, though (and plenty do with me), as far as I'm concerned it's open season. It's true that we have the harder job at the moment, but hey - I like a challenge.
