Been an interesting summer so far eh?

Seanie Johnston.
Donegal actually kicking the ball forward
Jack O'Connor continuing his complete dismantling of a once-great Kerry side
Down into the Ulster final. WOOHOO!
Dublin steamrollering along
And only 9,000 people turning up for the Munster final yesterday.

Thoughts folks...

In the hurling Antrim hammered Derry yesterday by 18 points to win the Ulster title for the 11th year in the row.

Yet Antrim are shite when compared to the likes of Kilkenny. Really shows the difference in class between the various counties.

I don't think the same hunger is there with the Dubs this year.
The last 2 performances were average enough and unless they are planning to peak in September they are playing a dangerous game.
Donegal have looked very impressive so far and playing a far more adventurous game seems to have given the players far more confidence.

Anyway I'm going to go with Cork to lift Sam.
The 30 man squad they have is the strongest in the country imo.

This weekend should be very interesting in the football with Kerry and Tyrone having the potential to be epic.

I've always been a huge Kerry fan but I really hope Tyrone win this for the Harte family.

Also Down V Donegal Ulster Final too.

Can't see us beating Donegal to be honest, which after seeing the draw for the qualifiers (the loser plays the winner of Antrim V Tipp) I'm not too worried about actually.
