Now that we are well on the way out of lockdowns/restrictions etc. i'm curious what people's views/plans are for future working habits?
I don't mind working from home, and the convenience, but I really miss the office vibe, meeting & chatting to people and the feeling that one venue is work and one venue is home.
I expect from Spring (when the commute isn't in the dark!) I will look to go back to 3 days a week in the office and try to keep days at home to purely working and those in the office to meetings. There does seem to be a big divide, at my current place lots and lots of people never want to work from anywhere else again, which I find a bit dramatic and I can see 2-4 days in the office slowly returning over the coming year or so.
