So, a month in or 13 if you're counting the old thread, how you doing?

After taking a month out when our kid was in hospital, things took a while to get going again. Happy that 9 months later I'm where I am.

Bench - 100kg
Squat - 120 x6 or 135 for 1.
Deadlift - 90kg ( only just added it to the list)
Military press - 50-60kg

Recently been supersetting my 40 minute sessions, so day one will be chest and squats. Day 2 is shoulders and squats. Arms and squats and leg day of deads and squats.

It works for me, limited time and the more I do it the less it hurts. If you don't fuck about, its an excellent work out.

Now to dust the bike off.....
