They're not going to matter, are they?
I saw Rosco mention them in a thread a while ago as to why we won't be signing anyone for big money this summer. But the truth is the likes of Chelsea and City will either get round it through dodgy sponsorships, or UEFA will crumble and just allow it to continue.
I base this on absolutely nothing other than the fact football has largely screwed us over (bar 2001 and 2005) ever since I was born.
