Not that I don't rate South American defenders, but our track record in signing them hasn't been too good.

Plays for Sevilla, is naturally a CB but can also play as a DM. Good player, stands just under 2 meters tall, is physical and good in the air. Would be a good pick up but not much better than skrtel IMO.
