Would you ever argue that a certain individual or a couple should not be allowed to have kids? For example, paedophiles. Or even folks that carry certain serious health related conditions which have a strong chance of being passed onto the child. How about in areas of extreme poverty and famine? Although it infringes on the right of the person in question to have a child, in some cases, is it not better that a child is not brought in to this world, when we know that there is a strong chance that the child may spend most of it's life suffering? Does anyone have a right to judge? Could it even be enforced?
