Seriously, though, why can't designers grasp the fact that the great appeal of these tops has always been their powerful simplicity? A red top and a blue top. Shanks didn't go for an all-red outfit on a whim - it worked. Adding stupid stripes and weird collars doesn't improve it. The shirts sell regardless of such crap, so why not just concentrate on tiny changes rather than call up bonar designs for this kind of nonsense?
