My red tinted glasses say guilty. But the difference with Suarez and terry is Suarez admitted terry has always maintained he said " I didn't call you" the n-bomb.

The CPS won't decide the whole thing. It's their initial decision whether or not to prosecute, based on (a) whether there's sufficient evidence and (b) whether a prosecution would be in the public interest. If a prosecution does go ahead, they act as prosecuting solicitors. The decision on guilt or innocence, and on punishment if Terry's found guilty, would be made by the court.

Not sure if the video is even still there but didn't someone walk in front of the camera at a convenient (for Terry) moment?

I think his argument was that he was saying 'I never called you a black .....' rather than simply calling him 'a black .....'

he definitely says black cunt, the ref walks in front of the camera just before it, where terry claims he said "i never called you a..."

Which is shit, because ferdinand didn't even hear terry say it initially

I don't think its that clear though. When Cole is walking past Terry could be saying 'I never called you a', but he'd be saying it quickly.

IF Suarez gets banned for 8 matches then so should Terry without doubt.

No they won't, because the video is probably inconclusive enough for the CPS to press charges.

As has been suggested, if the CPS don't press charges then the FA will use that as an excuse not to do so either.

If the CPS, however, DO press charges then the FA will say that they won't do anything until that case is over with, and will probably then quietly forget about it.

As I said earlier though, it wasn't just the racist part, he called him a knobhead afterwards as well. That alone is enough for an FA charge I think.
