Chelsea have reportedly moved into pole position to sign Palermo superstar Paulo Dybala at the end of the season.
Dybala, who is rated as the most sought after forward in the world, had looked likely to join Arsenal – with the Gunners making a bid for his services.
But reports in Italy say Chelsea have taken the lead in the race, and are now clear to bring him to Stamford Bridge.
It’s understood that the Blues have already put some framework in place for the deal to happen, and now look likely to sign the Argentine in the summer.
Palermo have already confirmed they’ll sell Dybala for £29.5million.

Great young player, would love us to sign him.

Somehow don't think we will. £30m would be a relative bargain.

Not overly. He's a bit on the skinny side but from what I've seen looks fairly strong for his size. Generally looks like a player who could adapt to a more direct style.

I think he's got that bit of magic about him that Suarez had, and I think that's something we need if we're going to flourish under Rodgers.

Lamela precedent notwithstanding, this guy look very good. We should use Borini as some sort of sacrificial freebie.

The fact that we spent 20M on Markvoic is probably the reason why we can't spend 30M on this guy.

if we dont get Laca$$ette, who else will come to us. I can see him as possible replacement. Borini will n doubt go in the summer. We just have to find the right offer from the right club. So we would definitley have place for a midfielder and a striker. So we will definitely spend imo
