Cos I've got this chorus that won't get out of my head, but I've got nothing else...

Haha we did actually play for the same amateur side, though I'm at least 10 years older than him.

To be honest, bar a few anecdotal word of mouth stories that you can't really rely on, my dislike for him is admittedly irrational. I just don't like his face. He seems ridiculously arrogant. Not even just confident, but arrogant.

As for his ability, he clearly has some. I'm just not completely sold yet.

Gerrard was the same. Thought he was the fucking shit and looked like a bulldog licking piss off a nettle. You need a bit of that.

Really ugly in his early 20s Gerrard wasn't he. Time has definitely been kind to him.

You think so? He looks even moodier now than he did at 21. By the time he's like 50 his face will be darker than a Chapelle script.

See that picture of him with Carra he looked like they were taking his ma hostage if he didn't get in the frame
