We are by all accounts losing Can and have already lost Coutinho. We will get Kieta, and have Hendo,Ox, Milner, Lallana. What position would you prioritise?

Yep, he's perfect competition for Salah / Mane, on top of him we also need a backup for Firmino who isn't Solanke.
They would both be squadies, as for the first team, i'd like to see Alisson, a Can like CM and a Lemar like CM. Could get another CB, but I'm quite encouraged by our defence recently.
How do you get a top class backup who's going to be happy to be just a backup? Would have to be young - so ... Solanke?? Give him time. I think Pulisic checks the boxes. Part of a 4 man rotation for the front line. If Firmino is rested, play Salah down the center and Pulisic/Mane on the flanks.
Nervous about paying so much for Alisson, who does not overly impress me. I'm hoping Karius builds on his recent form, and we can bring someone in, maybe an experienced player, who won't cost what Alisson would.
Pulisic's value is well above £80m. Is he worth that?
I doubt there's any realistic chance he'd come to us. He's been linked before, and the few public statements he made back then made it clear that he isn't keen on the move. Whether that's because he's a long-time Manc fan (which he is) or not is anyone's guess, but TBH I'm not even vaguely expecting us to sign him.
