In Klopp I'm a believer.

Brighton Spurs postponed as we know...Spurs really in the shit with their fixtures, last weeks game with Burnley called off because of snow....this week both their league and Europe Conference game called off for covid reasons...interesting to see how that pans out.

Live game on Sky. Leicester v Newcastle. Leicester to shit the bed yet again.?

Leicester XI - Kasper Castagne Evans Soyuncu Thomas Ndidi Tielemans Dewsbury-Hall Maddison Barnes Daka

Newcastle XI - Dubravka Manquillo Schar Lascalles Lewis Shelvey Willock Almiron Saint-Maximin Joelinton Wilson

Evans off injured, Soumare on....Ndidi drops into CB.

Pen to Leicester, Lascalles is shit. Youri steps up and no keeper saves that. 1-0.

Did Vardy say to Rodgers to be steady or something? Daka's decent but he isn't a poacher from what I've seen.

Anyone still reckon Newcastle staying up?

Or should we wait until Jan window closes & they've got Conte as their manager and signed half the Bayern team and half the City team?

They won’t go down unfortunately the January window will save them, each player they sign I’m sure though will have a clause in the contract that says if they did get relegated they don’t have to play championship football.

This makes me sad.

Yeah me too. I don't want it to be forever, but it'd be fucking hilarious to see them go down just once. If Benitez happens to play a huge part in that... well, you couldn't write anything more hilarious.

Who would go there in January? They can't fire money at big names yet given where they are. Even with a relegation clause they're hardly going to give players away in the summer and somebody would have to buy them. I think their best bet might be a few expensive loan players, but they're not necessarily going to be up for a relegation dog fight. There are bad teams around them but 3 have to go down. Norwich are sunk but the other teams around Newcastle look to have more about them. I think it's them, Norwich and last spot could be any of Burnley, Southampton, Leeds or Watford.

It's hard to believe that the club that brought us Ian Dowie in all his ugliness, have now delivered the picture that is Will Hughes

TOMKINSSSSSSSS 2-0

Rafa please do the honorable thing and leave....never manage again for your own good.

Everton fans will do well not to question the tactics of a Champions League winner. They haven't got a clue what winning is like. Keep Rafa there forever.
