If we had scored 1 of our early chances against Villa we would have 15 but 12 isn't a disaster at all.

I think it is better to look at the villa defeat and see how we can turn around games like that. What can we do to gain end result from ball pocession. How to keep physical direct styles away from our goal.... Sitting and feel sorry for ourselves not scoring a sort goal doesn't help.
Totally different teams and situations. Villa have shown all season long they are fragile as fuck after conceding and can easily fall apart and ship a bucketload of goals.
City, Utd, Chelsea Spurs and if we had scored first we would have given them a hiding too.
Stoke was always going to be night and day in comparison. They don't bend over for anyone home or away and 1 of the toughest grounds in the country to go too. They very rarely conceded more than a goal or 2 and have shown time and time again that they can squeeze out a 1-1 draw from a losing position.
