Sturridge won't go now that Coutinho has left. I know it doesn't seem like they would be linked but I can't see Klopp giving him away now.

I think it it is damning that there is so little 'paparazzi' noise regarding Daniel Sturridge. The press make up stories all day long and they can't be bothered to manufacture something for him.

NB. I was genuinely excited by the signing of Markovic, I'd seen him in the European highlights shows a few times for Benfica prior to our signing and was impressed. So when we signed him I got his name on the (rather grim) away shirt for the 2014/15 season. I am genuinely perplexed by his paucity and thought that a drop down to Hull may allow the pressure to relent and get him back to the same level as 2014. Obviously it didn't and he seems he's lost his way. Damned shame.
