This Barca game is pretty shit. Neither team can string 2 passes together.

Incidentally, why is Messi on the bench?

I thought it was a fast paced open first half. Barca are missing Messi and PSG are playing well. All to play for.

Sakho didn't play again I see ... We can get a really good deal here, but I bet he ends up at Newcastle.

Why is Alex playing ahead of him?

Barca are not as good under Villanova as they were under Guardiola despite the fact that they're walking the league. They look a lot more vulnerable these days.

I guess Ancelotti prefers him - didn't he bring him to Chelsea too?

They lack a young Puyol ... they still want to win everything, but they need a dominant vocal leader ...

Hate the moaning and crying from barca players every time oppsotion player gets near the.

Alba is now more annoying then busquets

I thought Alex was bought by Chelsea years ago but playing in Holland due to permit issues originally.

I can't remember if he finally came to Chelsea during Ancelotti's time.

As for Barca, it seems to me that their pressing game is often lacking. They don't work as hard and hunt in packs like they used to. They are more content to let the opponents have the ball and that highlights how bad they are without it.

Also feel like Pique has gone backwards. There seems to be a couple mistakes in him every game.

100% - Xavi attempted and completed 96 passes tonight, a record since Opta started analysing the Champions League. Perfection

WOW, impressive!

I don't think he gets enough praise. A truly legendary player.

He took the place of Guardiola (amazing player) and Dela Pena (magnificent at Barca, although he lost his way at Lazio) and bettered them in every way.
