... to start against Napoli. We can guess what's the back 5 going to be. We know what's the front 3 going to be. As usual with Klopp, midfield is the hardest to predict.

I am certain that Henderson will start over Fabinho – the latter is slowly earning Klopp's trust, but Hendo started all the big games so far. The other 2 places are anyone's guess. It can be Gini and Shaq in a 4-2-3-1. It can be Milner and Keita (or Gini) in a 4-3-3. Or it can be something we haven't yet seen before, such as Keita together with Henderson in a midfield 2. Who will you choose for the big game?

Personally, I think Klopp will stick with 4-2-3-1, mainly because we played 4-3-3 in Naples and looked very poor.

I want Milner in there for experience and the fact he's going to give us a 7/10 ... I want Keita there as Napoli will come to defend.

Hendo, Milner and Keita?

Think it all depends on it being better for us to play them in 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1.

If its the latter, Shaqiri will start.

I think it will be those three too, or maybe Fabinho for Henderson. Milner is the must out of all of them.

We know it'll be one from Fabinho or Henderson. Milner's form in Europe is always good (his form is just always good full stop), then I'd say Klopp has to take the initiative and go with Shaqiri or Keita at the tip of the midfield, with the first choice front three..

I actually think Milner won't start vs Napoli (but will against United). Otherwise why would Klopp give him 90 minutes at RB 3 days before? Shaqiri and Keita were subbed off early, which also might be a clue...

So maybe Fabs/Hendo, Gini plus Shaqiri/Keita. It has to be that format really, one DM, another midfielder and an attacking midfielder.

Working on the premise that Hendo starts I think its Milner and Gini. Milner because the idea of leaving him out seems preposterous and Gini because I dont think Klopp trusts Keita yet. I would start Keita but I dont think Klopp will

I think Hendo will start together with Wijnaldum and Milner.
But I'd rather see Fabinho, Wijnaldum and Keita or Milner.

I'm pretty sure Klopp will start with a rather conservative lineup. 1-0 is good enough and we don't want to concede. If we do concede or it's still 0-0 at 75 mins then he'll throw caution to the wind.

Starting Midfield (my choice in bold):

........... Hendo or Fabs

Milner
.............................Keita or Gini
(I don't think he will play Shaq on the left)

If we concede or 0-0 after 75 mins :

.................. Fabs

Shaqiri ...................... Keita

I think so too, it'll probably be Henderson + Wijnaldum + 1. Let's hope they'll be up for it

In the long run Fab and Keita might be better. I'm basing that on a glimpse of outstanding football they seem to have been able to deliver occasionally ......but they will hardly be replacing Lucas Leiva. So if they can displace Henderson, Milner or Wijnaldum...it means that we have very good footballers on our hand.

Fab from what I have seen of him - is always looking for the forward ball - any options in front of him he will pass; the only issue with him at the moment is the pace of the game; Keita has to fucking come good and I say this because I cannot accept that we could actually spend 50M+ on a player that is just an average midfielder - it is just so so wrong. I have to admit thought - that if those two play - I like the idea of having a safety net like Milner or Henderson alongside them - with a preference for Milner.

That said - I think we will start with Henderson, Fab, and Keita; and if Mane does not play then Shaq will play on the right with Salah in at the tip and Firminio to the left of him behind.
