I cooked a shoulder of lamb there on Sunday. I used Jamie Olivers slow roast recipe and it was beautiful. The joint was huge and served four adults a very, very big portion. It only cost me €6 for the whole joint.
Anyone got any other good tips/recipes for other cheap cuts of meat?
