I think under this set up Kenny deals with the first team, selection, tactics, training etc. His assistants and coaches, well, assist him and coach.
Camoli manages the scouting, transfers and deals with player and staff contracts and agents.
I assume who is signed and whose contract is extended should be agreed between Comoli and Kenny.
I'm not totally sold on this set up as it seems clear where divisions could arise that could cause problems, and it seems that its Comoli who is ultimately more senior, and to my mind that should always be the manager. But we shall see!
