Campbell Signs For Arsenal? Again?

Crazy. Shows what little faith he has in Senderos and Silvestre. If Gallas or Vermaelen get injured they are screwed.

He's been training with them for a couple of months now so it won't be that much of a shock if he signs. He'd be a decent back up for them.

Does he look over weight at all Rosco?
He once returned to pre season training weighing 16 stone!!

I can hardly criticise

He was pretty average in League 2 so not sure how good he will be as a back up.

Nah he'll be in great shape. All that dancing to YMCA routine.

I cant say im delighted about this. The only thing keeping me sane is that he's been training with us for a long time now so he's obviously done enough to impress Wenger. Id much rather we went out and spent some money on Gallas' long term replacement. Someone in their 20's ready to do a job when required this season and then become a regular next season. With Sol, Senderos or Silvestre as backup to Gallas and Vermalen we're in trouble if there is a serious injury

Is Djourou not considered a long term replacement?

Hmmm, will be shocked if this is true.

Yep, would be even more surprising than his original move to Portsmouth.

I can still remember Wenger looking utterly stunned when that happened.
