Another great footballing story.

Hope they go the same way of Bournemouth and Swansea and we stay up and we see some more long term top flight sides go down.

Newcastle also looked nailed on to join them.

I'd love to see Huddersfield win the playoffs and wouldn't be completely against Leeds making it if they get into the top 6.

What... do you mean become another one of those "wee teams" that we struggle to beat and always take points off us????

The 8 points we dropped against those 2 teams this season (while in winning positions for both Bournemouth games) would have seen us 1 point behind Chelsea.
 
Good for me. Been living there since September, hopefully get to some games next year!

Delighted for my 86 yo father. His home town.Though he's a lifelong Chelsea fan. Big year for him.

So this team of nobodies managed by Chris Hughton are ahead of the most expensively assembled Championship team ever managed by Benitez ?

I know who I DON'T want to win the play offs - Fulham.

If they do, we have no chance on Sessengnon. But they are the form team, and the form team usually bounces up.

Much like you, I do like seeing new teams promoted. However like Stevie said, they have a habit of taking points off us, the bastards.

Probably the only ground i've been too where Home and Away fans can mix at the bars next to the stand (in side the stadium)

The last time I went there it was a shit scouser day out, freezing Monday night football in December, sold out pies and no points.

Spearing sent off and Dempsey with a 85th min winner.

That's on us not them. There will always be weaker teams in the top flight that we need to beat, I like seeing teams come up who haven't spent years yo yoing

Rafas remit was to get them back up and he's going to do it.
