I was chatting to a Swansea fan at work the other day, and he said, give him time, he said it takes him a little time to get it right, but he will get it right.

Weren't Swansea already settled and progressing when he took over? I don't mean that facetiously, I didn't pay much attention at the time but I didn't think he had to change the system much or revamp the squad.

No idea, but the Swansea fan seem quite positive about him, and i suppose he would know.
