Sources close to Liverpool FC have confirmed that Antoin Griezmann will sign for Liverpool in the year 2035. As part of their new cost saving approach to purchases, Liverpool's ownership group have agreed to sign today's Top European talent in 18 years time.
"We get to sell shirts with their names now, so that when we buy them in 2035, the signings are paid for", said LFC Commercial Manager Billy Hogan. "It's a revolutionary approach for the franchise", he continued.
Liverpool's manager Jurgen Klopp was keen on the idea. "I get to write their name on the paper for the team sheet, Ja, and then I have to scribble a line through their name, as it will be many time before I see them" said the Manager. "But it is progress in this signing nonetheless" the manager continued.
