Well, we still have these league game distractions to deal with... With central midfield left bare by injuries again, I think Klopp will give more chances to a couple of the more impressive youngsters.

I don't mind a side like this - some game time for youngsters, minutes for Skrtel, Sturridge and Allen to get sharper, and hopefully an opportunity for Ibe to get his season back on track.

-------------------- Mignolet ---------------
Flanagan --- Skrtel --- Toure --- Smith
--------------------- Stewart ---------------
------- Brannagan --------- Allen --------
Ojo --------------- Sturridge --------- Ibe

Subs: Ward, Lovren, Clyne, Lucas, Lallana, Fimino, Origi

I think you won't be far wrong (if at all) with that.

We could rest players in the league and lose out on Europe that way and go out in the semi finals anyway. We may aswell just go for it now and try to keep a winning run and familiarity.

I like this team. I would maybe only change Teixeira for Ibe.

The senior players have just come through a week of gruelling and emotional matches and must be feeling drained, as Klopp likes to say he will play the youngsters because it's likely they will give the better performances at this stage of the season and after last week.

You guys have too little faith in our youngsters. Tsk tsk.

I don't think a healthy amount of scepticism - maybe that's not the right word - nerves then? Lack of belief? - is in any way odd, given that playing four or five of our younger, less experienced players means we are playing a team that isn't as good as our strongest XI, or anywhere near it.

It's unlikely that more than one or two at the very most will ever have a top career at Liverpool, because most aren't good enough

Our REAL youth, the under 16s, got thumped 9-0 yesterday by Man City. And our under 18s then got beaten 2-0. Which is a bit sobering. As I've said before, we need better coaches and a more competitive attitude at the Academy. Quickly.

Anyway, in terms of our current contenders, it keeps being forgotten that Stewart is a few months older than Can, and only a few months younger than Coutinho. He seems to have finally 'clicked' now, and has a great attitude, but let's be very clear: he's GOT to grasp his chance here and now. The clock's ticking so loud I'm surprised his ears aren't bleeding.

Smith could do with a run out. Brannagan could certainly come in. Ojo is still very raw so he's best used as an impact substitute.

Confirmed #LFC starting XI to face @afcbournemouth: Ward, Randall, Toure, Lucas, Smith, Allen, Stewart, Ibe, Ojo, Firmino, Sturridge.

Hope Ibe grabs his chance. Still think he could be developed into a very good player.

Confirmed #LFC substitutes against @afcbournemouth: Mignolet, Milner, Coutinho, Sakho, Lallana, Origi, Flanagan.
