I would say that he looked anxious to make a good start. He'll be a good player for us.

Let's hope that's the case. It'll be a while before we can judge him properly now anyway, maybe next season.

I think he lives alone in the UK so it makes sense for him to return to Italy for his family/girlfriend to look after him.
