I wouldn't put my mortgage against it's validity but at the same time, it'd be a really boring exercise to fake it wouldnt it?
I like these sort of incentives.

@manwithnoname and all else - the thing about all those missed chances !!! - clearly the club have told our players - "look you are going to create a lot of chances with me as the boss, and I know you have these incentives in your contracts - but really 3 points is 3 points and we don't want all of you trying to collect on the incentives so if you are 5 goals up then don't try and score anymore when the chances arise - just miss them".
It all makes sense now everyone - that is why sometimes they keep missing - no need for a clinical striker - all sorted now.

I don't. It incentivises greed and trying to score from ridiculous positions and distances. Lovren must have one for 50k for every goal he scores from over 30m.
I'd much prefer a team emphasis, so tiers based on how many the team scores in total over the season. It would encourage teamwork over the individual.
