Big Four no more

They're still overachieving though, unless they were expected to be fourth?

I don't think anyone disagrees that they're playing well and their league position isn't flattering, I still don't think it'll last the season.
Based no their starting team right now and their style tactics and belief I would say no they are not. They have quality all over the pitch and are causing every team problems week in week out. Yet again they've added quality players to their squad in the summer and after their push up the table in the 2nd half of last season I see them occupying 4th as a natural progression for them under Moyes with the players they have. Like I said it all hinges on injuries. If they stay fit they will be there at the end of the season. They've done it before lest we forget.

Their whole season rests on pienaar and fellani staying fit. We need them both out and then they will drop. But if they stay fit then they'll be serious contenders for 4th.
Agreed but I'd Jelavic and Mirallas to that both are quality aswell.
Really like the look of Coleman too.

I'm referring to their preseason expectations, no one would have had them top 4, not even the chairman. But I can't argue that with their performances so far the league position doesn't flatter them.

Hope it all falls apart for them soonish and Felliani fucks off next season 😀

You would do well to rewatch the Swansea game where they passed them off the park and turned them over relatively easily away from home to boot. Them come back and tell me they don't have style.

Also 8/9 players leaves 1 player to engineer craft as you can hardly put the keeper into that category yet you mention 3 players who can engineer craft in Baines, Pienaar and Fellaini? And what about Jelavic or Mirallas or Osman or Naismith? Are they all inglorious roles? Because the last time I looked all of those players were scoring goals/creating goals?

So which is it?

And back to my original post, in summary I said Everton were playing superbly have a great first 11 and barring injury will get 4th, and if you strip away all of your condescending b*llshit I would summarise your opinion as being identical. You really loath agreeing with me on anything 🙂

I wasn't condescending or disagreeing. i was just answering your question.

You thick cunt.

Hopefully he can f*ck off in Janurary!

The bitters are almost as deluded as our fans so just like many of ours would have said we are going to win the league in the summer many of theirs would have said they will get top 4

You may see me as thick which is up to yourself but a cnut is something I've never been thanks.

As per usual when I pick holes in your post you respond with insults.....

You couldn't have picked any holes in my post BECAUSE I WASN'T FUCKING DISAGREEING WITH YOU.

Jesus Christ give me fucking strength.

Not from what ive seen of Arsenal this season. They are struggling big time this season when it comes to defence.

They were worse at the beginning of last season and still came fourth, I think they'll be there when it matters again

A certain RVP carried them to 4th last season. They don't have him this year and its showing. Plus walcott was getting most of the assists for RVP and they've dropped him this season because of the contract dispute. They are definitely weaker this season to the point where wenger is now considering going 3-5-2.

If we had produced another 1 or 2 results like Norwich I'd have believed there's something more to come, but I still hope you're right, it's a great thing to still have interest in the league come spring.

At this rate our interest in the league come spring will be making sure we're not going to get relegated.

Agree, They'll make 4th. They bought two good players in Podolski and Carzola or whatever is name is. Proven quality in the final third. would be nice to get a bit of that ourselves.

Anyone who thinks Everton are overachieving isn't watching them this season. They comfortably beat utd, came back from conceding 2 early goals in the derby and should have won it. They have come from behind so often you could mistake them for utd. Motes has put together a superb first 11/13 players. They play great football contrary to what our 1 eyed captain would have you believe and apart from squad depth have everything they need to make top 4. Let's just hope they get alot of injuries fast.

I think you'll find we actually won it, but a perfectly good goal was disallowed by an utter tool of linesman. agree with your other point though. Depressing. Luckily come the winter when their injuries and suspensions mount up their squad will be fucked.

Arsenal do have a lot of quality and I think they'll be helped by the fact that none of the chasing pack are particularly strong this season, but it's pretty hard to know what you're going to get from them at times. I hope they miss out because it'll be interesting to see what they do if that happens.
