I know no one will care, but I've just bought a pint for £1.70. Not a promo or chain pub etc. standard pub, standard price.

I'm ecstatic. An hour or so ago I paid £3.70 somewhere else!

One pound fucking seventy. Marvellous.

I needed to share my joy with scm.
