Babel + £5m = Arda Turan ?

Today's papers from Turkey. Seems we're in negotiations with Galatasaray for Arda:

Apart from getting rid of that waster Babel, would also mean the cunt owners won't see a penny of the Babel sale. Also means we get a quality attacker too.

All three sites seem to be quoting the Echo, unless it's tomorrow's Echo, as I've not seen anything yet on this from them.

If they are sacking Rafa then i must question the wisdom of signing players without a managers guidance, or signing players that may not fit into a new managers system.

I don't think that is an issue at the moment Refugee.
Our squad is so thin and the window so short, we need to get as many half decent players in as we can to give any incoming manager a whiff of a chance, regardless of who is in charge in the nest few weeks

We might have enough cash for Turan.

But a player + cash deal is something the media love, and which almost never happens in real life.

I don't think he's brilliant. At all. But he's a £10m striker, and we're supposedly getting him on a loan deal from a club who have better finances than us and who could, conceivably, finish above us in the league. I just don't see what's in it for them.
