Say we finished worse than 4th, somewhere like 6th. And Chelsea finished 2nd or 3rd givng Fergie a run for his money in the process. would you rather go back to Rafa, or continue with the FSG Brendan Rogers long term building project?

If Rodgers finishes 6th and the team looks like it's finally to take shape there is no point in changing. He will have done his job.

Either way I'm not sure I could take another spell of Rafa in charge. Forum life would be unbearable.

If rafa brings Mata, Oscar and hazard with him he can come back

I don't think rafa doing well with that squad proves anything. Robbie DM won them the CL

I agree, if we get Jesus Christ in we might attract some big players and have the big g-o-d on our side.

BR has to be given another season irrespective of what happens this year, well unless we are fighting relegation! I find that hard to say when I think of some of the shit that has been dished up but 12 months just isn't enough time to make all the changes required at a club like ours. That said, with the players we have we should be doing better.

With regards to Rafa, I try and remind myself of the bad times because with the passing of time most people tend to only remember the good times. The last few years were dire, not helped by the shenanigans behind the scenes with the 2 cunts but it was poor.

I would love to see him back if BR was shown not to b the right man in 18 or so months time but to change again at the end of the season would be madness.

Some signs of progress is all we can hope for. They might not be earth shattering in the short term but may be part of the foundations of something far better in the future.

Rafa isnt the man to go for even if things dont work out with BR the next couple of years.

It wouldnt end well and shouldnt happen.

I thought people could learning from mistakes and develop.... If you have a CL triumph to progress from you have a very good start point.

I already think Rodgers has done enough to get up til at least this time next year.

I wouldn't take Rafa back even if Brendan got the boot. His time here is long gone and better to leave him where he belongs. In our past with a CL FA Cup and Super Cup to his name.

Rafa?? No thanks. An ex is exactly that for a reason, never go back. If he thought politics were bad under H&G, imagine what he will have to deal with with the lizards in charge!!!

Are you actually being serious? The most positive of Liverpool fans didn't expect 4th even before a ball was kicked this season and with what we've seen so far you can see why.
