Gallas almost maims some Bolton player.

He lays down injured in the middle of the pitch

Arsenal play on, score tying goal.

Arsenal fans cheer off injured player as he lay on a stretcher

Wenger 'apologizes' for injury, says it was a foul and says his players shouldn't have put the ball out as they weren't certain of seriousness of injury.

Thoughts?

Typical hypocritical Arsene?

Hang on a sec, I've already got the answer to this in another thread.

Be right back.

Yup. It's the Arsenal way. They've done this sort of thing more times than any other team in the league.

Yes, typical comments by the badgerhaircut gimp.

The ref did a horrible mistake in not giving a free kick.

Seems to be the common ground these days, as B'Burn would probably be in the final had it not been for Martin Atkinson.

I'm back!

Here you go:

"What are your thoughts on Wenger being a bitter, disingenuous, boss-eyed, prune-faced, moaning French cunt?"

I forget the hypocritical bit. So sorry.

The worst thing was, the ref was a few yards away, facing the two players and couldn't fail to see the challenge as he was looking right fucking at it!

I seem to recall Wenger getting ever-so-slightly upset when Spurs didn't kick the ball out a couple of years ago.
Spurs went on to score.

He squared up to Martin Jol.

That would have been an interesting bitch-slap scrap.

Top of the league in Holland I think.

No team, just him.

EDIT: He's Ajax coach.

MacClaren's top of the league.

Martin LOL !

i should have guessed.

Wenger was interviewed last night and said he didn't see the tackle. He also reminded the interviewer that the week before the roles were reversed and the opposition went on to score, at the end of the game Wenger (apparently) said the opposition didn't need to stop it's not in the rules so it worked against them last week and for them this week, give him credit for that at least.

Wenger's a cunt.

Because of Stoke's ridiculous throw-ins he says that they should be changed to "kick-ins".

Everyone's, not just Stoke's

Real shame about the player that got injured...but i've got no sympathy for Bolton what so ever. Take a look at games between the two sides over the years. Hateful bunch

You're not meant to put the ball out any more. It's the referee's job to assess the seriousness of the injury (quickly) and make a decision.

Awful refereeing that. He'll be at Doncaster next weekend.

No, but sometimes revenge makes for good viewing.

The Gooners next four league games:

Aston Villa A
Scum H
Chelsea A
Liverpool H

I wonder if after these games they'll still be dead certs for the top 4?

Probably

I don't think he went in with intent, bad tackle but nothing nasty. And as has been said it's up the ref to stop play. Play to the whistle and all that.
