Its too long to reproduce here, but basically this guys son was sick. The doctors said he was fine and refused to examine the kid further. He died. The father spent twenty years going through complaints and appeals and courts and judicial reviews. Eventually he proved the doctors had falsified the medical records to cover themselves. This is what the judge said:
"Oh, the doctors had been previously assured that they would not be prosucted, so on those grounds they should not be prosecuted"
The father carried on and took it to another judge. This is what that judge ruled:
"Oh, doctors are allowed to falsify medical records, it is a matter for their discretion and they should not be prosecuted"
So there you have it, doctors in this country are above the law. So are MP's, so are paedophile judges, so are university professors. Ok unfortunately they are not above having their paypal accounts hacked into and sent to some nigerian dude. That is something noone is above so its the next best thing to justice right?
